With an active internet connection you can print via ePrint from your device from anywhere you are. You can simply send an email from your device with the document you want to print directly to the printer and it prints the document

 

How to use HP ePrint? 

You can easily print via ePrint by following the simple steps below:

1.        Get your printer’s mail address

• First, turn on your printer and load the paper into the tray
• After that, make sure your printer is connected to a wireless network
• Now, on the printer’s control panel press the ‘HP ePrint’ icon
• Then, select ‘setup’ and follow the simple on-screen instructions to enable Web Services
• Finally, tap ‘Print’ or ‘Print info’ option
• You can see the printer’s email address on the control panel
• Additionally, an info page also prints with the information

2.        Print through the computer via ePrint

• On your computer open your email account and create a new email
• Enter the printer’s email address into the ‘To’ field
• Add a subject into the respective field
• Attach the document or the image you want to print
• Finally, Click ‘send’. The email is sent to the printer and the document/image gets printed

3.        Print through a smartphone via ePrint

• On your phone open the document or image which you want to print
• Now tap on the ‘Share’ icon and select the email option
• After that, enter the printer’s email address into the ‘To’ field
• Finally, add a subject in the field and click send
